Creative Differences
The benefit of partners: there are many.
For one, you’ve got extra help.
You have the input of different, well-rounded people who are, in their own way, experts at what they do.
Oh, and there’s the money part.
In short, partners contribute a lot - financially and otherwise.
The downside?
Butting heads, creative differences, arguments, splitting hairs, tripping over each other…in sum, clashing.
We’re not all the same people. That’s the beauty. And the beast.
So how do we “make it work?”
Two steps forward, two steps back…three more forward. You’ve got to compromise.
After all, the push and pull is what makes the machine function.
