Drops in unemployment and the falling stock market have taken a reprieve.

Seems the economy is taking a breather on letting everyone down and there may be light at the end of the 2008 tunnel, after all.

While the recent gains can’t erase the disappointment felt over the past 12 months, they serve as a ray of hope, at least.

Who knows…2009 may completely reshape our current economic status.

Let’s cross our fingers.

The good news is that ending the year on a (relatively) high note boosts morale.

Employers as well as employees all over the country need exactly that. The higher the esteem in your place of work, the better quality production and service will be completed.
